Admin Privileges: With this latest addition, your cooperative can now create different admin roles with varying levels of access to sensitive financial reports. Whether it’s the accounting report, investment report, or other critical financial data, you have the control to decide who sees what on your admin portal.

How to Navigate the Admin Privileges Feature
We’ve designed the Admin Privileges feature to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. Here’s how you can make the most of this powerful tool:
- Log in to your SmartTeller Admin Portal: Access your admin portal as usual with your login credentials.
- Navigate to the “Settings” menu
- Click on “Staff” module,
- Click on “Admins” module
- Go to the “Setting” of the admin you want to set privileges on
- Uncheck the “Super Admin Privilege”. Once this is unchecked, the admin won’t be able to view the sensitive information of the company such as accounting report or investment details. Hence you can create and manage admin roles, assign privileges, and hence ensure your cooperative’s data remains protected.
- Access Admin Privileges: Within the admin portal, you’ll find a new “Admin Privileges” tab. Click on it to get started.
